AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 8, CHAPTER 5 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE
CITY OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO, BY REPEALING
SECTION 5 OF SAID TITLE 8, CHAPTER 5, OF THE CITY CODE, AND BY
SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR A NEW SECTION 5 AS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1. That 'Title 8, Chapter 5 of the City Code
of Caldwell, County of Canyon, State of Idaho, be amended by
deleting therefrom Section 5 of said Title 8, Chapter 5.
Section 2. That Title 8, Chapter 5 shall be further
amended by adding thereto the following which shall be designated
as Section 5, to wit:
8 -5 -5: PRICE OF BURIAL LOTS: No deed shall be
issued for any lot within the Cemetery until all fees
and purchase prices have been paid. Fees for lots shall
be as follows:
(A) Adults:
Space $ 75.00
Grave Fees 75.00
Perpetual Care 25.00

Use of equipment by out of city funeral homes25.00
(B) Baby:
Space $ 7.50
Grave Fees 7.50
Perpetual Care 10.00

(C) Potters Field, Adults:

Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
