AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITIN 3, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 25 BY ADDING TO AND
FOLLOWING SUBSECTION C THE FOLLOWING SUBSECTIONS NUMBERED D THROUGH X,
INCLUSIVE, WHICH PROVIDE FOR SEWER CONSTRUCTION RATES AND PROVIDING
FOR PAYMENT OF SAME AND FOR METHOD OF COLLECTION OF SAID SEWER CHARGES
AND EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES FROM THE PROVISIOIT OF THIS AMEND-
MENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALD-
WELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO:
(b) Within six (6) months from the time sewer
services become available.
G The charges set forth in sections D and E above shall
be reviewed annually by the Mayor and City Council.
H. Payments required in sections D and E above shall be
made to the City Clerk of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, or by
participation in a Local Improvement District as provided by
Title 50, Chapter 17, Idaho Code as amended.
I. All monies received from charges set forth in sections
D and E shall be used in the extension of the sanitary sewer
system of the City of,Caldwell, Idaho.
J. It is hereby provided that all properties that have
participated in the cost of providing a city maintained sewer
main or lateral will be exempted from provisions of sections
D and E.
K. The provision of sections D through J shall not apply
to areas numbered 1 and 2 as shown
on the official Sewer Map of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, on
fi.1p. in the City Clerk's office of the City of Caldwell, Idaho.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
