ORDINANCE NO. "1275
BY COUNCILMAN BANKS
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 9, CHAPTER 1, OF THE CITY CODE OF
THE CITY OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO, BY
REPEALING SECTION 7 OF SAID TITLE 9, CHAPTER 1, OF THE CITY CODE
BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION 7 AS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1. That Title 9, Chapter 1 of the City Code
of Caldwell, County of Canyon be amended by deleting therefrom
Section 7 of said Title 9, Chapter 1.
Section 2. That Title 9, Chapter 1, shall be further
amended by adding thereto the following which shall be designated
as Section 7, to wit:
LIQUOR, BEER, WINE; PROCURING OR SELLING TO MINORS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to procure, sell
or give away any beer, wine or liquor to any person
under the age of nineteen (19) years, or for any person
under the age of nineteen (19) years to purchase,
attempt to purchase, or otherwise procure, consume or
have in his possession any beer, wine or liquor.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Caldwell this
17th day of July, 1972.
