ORDINANCE NO. 1273
BY COUNCILMAN BANKS
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 4, CHAPTER 14 OF THE CITY CODE OF
CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO, BY AMENDING SECTION
9 THEREOF TO ELIMINATE THE PROVISION'UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY -ONE
YEARS OF AGE" AND SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR t 1 UNDER THE AGE OF NINETEEN
(19) YEARS OF AGE."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1. That Title 4, Chapter 14, Section 9 of
the City Code of Caldwell, County of Canyon, State of Idaho,
be amended by deleting therefrom the following: "under the age
of twenty -one (21) years of age," and substituting therefor,
"under the age of nineteen (19) years of age."
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Caldwell this
17th day of July, 1972.
