ORDINANCE NO. 1272
BY COUNCILMAN BANKS
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 4, CHAPTER 7, SECTION 4 (E),
SECTION 6 AND SECTION 8,OF THE CITY CODE OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF
CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO, BY CHANGING THE AGE REQUIREMENTS TO READ
"NINETEEN (19) YEARS" OF AGE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1. That Title 4, Chapter 7, sub - section 4 (E)
of the City Code of Caldwell, County of Canyon, State of Idaho,
be amended by deleting therefrom from said sub - section (E) "the
age of twenty -one (21) years" and substituting therefor "the
age of nineteen (19) years."
Section 2. That said Title 4, Sections 6 and 8 of
the City Code of Caldwell, County of Canyon, State of Idaho,
be amended by deleting therefrom the wording "the age of twenty
(20) years of age" and substituting therefor "the age of nineteen
(19) years of age."
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
