Section 2.- That the bonds Provided for in Section 1 of this
Ordinance shall be In number and each
of them shall be for the principal sUM of One Thousand Dollars
as War as practicable. They shall be known as Municipal
Funding Oupon Bonds of the City of Caldwell, ser of 1909,
and shall, be numbered cOnsOcativolY from one to
inclusive; each of said bonds soli bear interest at the rate of
five
Per cent por annum, Payable semi-annuallr
on the first day of January and the fig day of July nV Pnnh
Year, and both the principal and Interest shall be payable at the
ofVIce of the Troasuror of the City Of Caldwell or at the office
of the Bank in the City of Now
York, state of Now York, , at the option of the holders thoveof.
Each bond shall be payable Within twenty years from the date of
its issuance, and shall be redeemable at the pleasure Of the City
of Caldwell at any time at the expiration of ten Years Prow the
date of its issuance , and in the order in which it is numbered.
Section 3.- Each of said bonds shall have attached to
it when negotiated, semi interest cupons cavering the
interest expressed in said bonds from the date of its issuance
until paid. Each bond shall be signed by the Mayor of the City of
Caldwell and attested by the Clerk of the City of Caldwell and
signed by the Troasurer of the City of Caldwell and bear the
Corporate Soul of the City of CAldwell. The interest cupons at-
tachod thereto shall be signed by the Troasurar of the City of
Caldwell, shall be numbered to correspond with the number of the
bond to which it Is attached, and each bond shall state upon
its face the amount for which the same is issued, the date of
its issue, and shall be uede payable to
( the Purchaser thereof ) or boarer,
and shall recite that it was issued in conformity with the
provisions of CHAPTER 12, TITLE 13, of the POLITICAL CODE,,
REV26ED SIATUTES OF THE STATE OF IDAHO.
Section 4.® blor the payment of the interest on said

other General and Special Taxes levied by the City of Caldwell of
