AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 12, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 3, OF THE
CITY CODE OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Title 12, Chapter 3, Section 3, of
the City Code of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, is amended to
read as follows, to wit:
COMPENSATION OF ELECTION OFFICIALS: Judges,
Clerks and Constables of election shall receive as
compensation per hour for each hour employed in elec-
tion service a sum per hour equal to the then minimum
hourly wage as prescribed by the laws of the State of
Idaho. The compensation of Deputy Registrars shall
be the sum of twenty -five cents ($.25) for each name
registered.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
