Caldwell, Idaho, passed Ordinance Kumber 1235 providin for the calling of an
election in said city an the question of issaing $166,500 General Obligation
19FEREAS said Mayor a Co+, now desire to amend said Ordinance ntw-�-
bar 1235 to provide for a change in the - title of said ordinance, for a charge in
the language of the purpose for which such bonds are to be issued and for a rati-
fication of the publication of the notice of the election;
!IQ , ZZWORE, Be It Ordained by the Mayor and Coutrail of the City of
Caldwell , Canyon County,, Idaho, as f ollows -
Section 1. That Ordinance hh=ber 1235 passed by the Mayor and Council of
the City of Caldwell, Idaho, on September 20, 1971, is hereby amended and reenacted
to read as follows-
WHEREAS, the LMprovemertand equipme

by the City Council of the City of Caldwell to be necessary

finance such cost through the issuance of the bands of the

of the city, properly registered and possesning the qualifi,
cations of residents, shall be qualified to vote at said else-

Section. 7. That the Mayor and Council shall meet on November
