bonds in the event they are voted at such election, and repealing
conflicting ordinances.

QUESTION: Shall the City of Caldwell, Idaho, issue
and sell its negotiable coupon general obligation bonds
to the amount of $166 500 for the purpose of providing
funds with which o cons ract a municipal swimming pool
in and for said city, as more fully provided in Ordinance
Number 1235 adopted on September 20, 1971?,

Pursuant to the laws of the State of Idaho and
Ordinance Number 1235 of the City of Caldwell, County
of Canyon, State of Idaho, notice is hereby given that
a special election will be held in said city on November
2 1971 at the hour of 8:00 o A.M. and closing at

the hour of 8:•0 o'clock P.M. of said day, for the purpose of
mast reregister.

The voting at said election shall be by ballot® The ballots
to be supplied the voters for their use at said elections shall
be in the form set forth in Ordinance Number 1235
If at said bond election two-thirds of the qualified electors
of the city voting at such election assent to the issuing of au
bonds and the incarring of the indebtedness thereby creat I
the purpose of provIding funds with which to construct a municipal
s pool in and for said city, such bonds shall be issued for
such voted purpose in the manner provided by the kUnicipal Bond
shall mature over a period commencing at the expiration of one year
and ending twenty years from their date and shall be payable in
accordsr-ce with the provisions of Section 50-1026, Idaho Code, and
Section 5. That if at said electi,on two-thirds of the qualified electors
of the city voting thereat assent to the issuance of said General Obligation Munici-
pal Swimming Pool Bonds, the bonds of the city shall be issued as hereinabove pro-
vided and shall mature over a period comencing at the expiration of one year from

their date ending twenty years from their date and shall be payable in accordance
with the provisions of Section 50=1026, Idaho Code, and the Municipal Bond IAw of
