ORDINANCE NO. 1225

AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING THAT CERTAIN LAND IS CONTIGUOUS AND
ADJACENT TO THE CITY OF CALDWELL, STATE OF IDAHO, AND DECLARING
SAID LAND, BY PROPER LEGAL DESCRIPTION THEREOF, TO BE A PART OF
THE CITY OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL:
Section 1. That request by the owner of the hereinafter
described land having heretofore been made to the Council in writ-
ing for the annexation of said land by the City of Caldwell, said
land being contiguous and adjacent to the City of Caldwell,
Canyon County, State of Idaho, and the Council having consented
thereto;
Section 2. It is hereby declared by the Mayor and
Council of the City of Caldwell that the tract of land herein
described by proper legal description is hereby declared to be a
part of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, State of Idaho;
Section 3. That the full and complete legal descrip-
tion of the tract of land herein declared to be a part of the
City of Caldwell, Idaho, as hereinabove set forth is particular-
ly set forth as follows:
This parcel consists of part of the North Half of
the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 33; Township 4 North,
Range 3 West of the Boise Meridian and is more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the Southeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 33;
Thence South 0 12' 30" East, along the East boundary
of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a
distance of 85.20 feet;
Thence South 89 47' 30" West a distance of 163.0 feet;
Thence South 0 12' 30" East, parallel with the East
boundary of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter, a distance of 119.0 feet;

Thence North 89° 47° 30" East a distance of 163.0
feet to a point on the East boundary -of said South-
east Quarter of the Northeast Quarter;
Thence South 0° 12' 30" East, along the East boundary
of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a
distance of 125.95 feet to the Southeast corner of
said North Half of the Northeast Quarter of the South-
east Quarter of the Northeast Quarter;
Thence South 89° 03 20" West, along the South boundary
of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a distance
of 662.14 feet;
Thence North 0° 10' 30" West, along the West boundary
of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a distance
of 330.35 feet;
Thence North 89° 04' 20" East, along the North boundary
of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a
distance of 661.84 feet to the point of BEGINNING;
This parcel contains 4.58 acres.
Section 4. All ordinances, resolutions, orders, or
parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, rescinded
and annulled.
Section 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
Section 6. All of the lands described in said ordin-
ance shall be subject to taxation as other property and persons
within the corporate limits of the City of Caldwell, Canyon
County, Idaho, upon filing of a certified copy of this ordinance
with the County Recorder of Canyon County, Idaho.
