AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 1, CHAPTER 4, OF CITY CODE OF
CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Title 1, Chapter 4, of City Code
of Caldwell, Canyon County, State of Idaho, be amended by
striking therefrom the following Section 1 -4 -16, to wit:
PARDONS: The Mayor shall have power to remit fines
and to grant pardons and reprieves for all offenses
arising under the Laws of the City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Caldwell this
17th day of Play , 1971.
