ORDINANCE NO. 1219
BY COUNCILMAN MARTIN
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 2, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 4, OF CITY
CODE OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Title 2, Chapter 3, Section 4 of
City Code of Caldwell, County of Canyon, State of Idaho, be amend-
ed to read as follows, to wit:
INJURY TO PROPERTY UNLAWFUL: No person shall wil-
fully or intentionally cut, tear, deface, break,
injure or destroy any book, map, chart, picture,
engraving, newspaper, magazine, pamphlet, manuscript
or other property belonging to the Caldwell Public
Library of the City of Caldwell, or any branch thereof.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
