AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 1 OF CITY CODE OF CALDWELL, COUNTY
OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Title 1 of City Code of Caldwell,
County of Canyon, State of Idaho, be amended by striking there-
from Chapter 14 of said Title 1, entitled "POLICE JUDGE" in its
entirety.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Caldwell this
17th day of _ .... May , 1971.
APPROVED BY THE MAYOR of the City of Caldwell this
17th day of May 1971.
