AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 2, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 6, OF
CITY CODE OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Title 2, Chapter 3, Section 6,
of the City Code of Caldwell, Canyon County, State of Idaho,
be amended to read as follows, to wit:
PENALTY: Any person violating any of the provisions
of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor,
and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any
sum not exceeding the sum of one hundred dollars
($100.00).
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
