AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1193, WHICH IS "AN ORDINANCE
FOR THE REGULATION OF THE PLACEMENT AND LOCATION OF INDIVIDUAL
MOBILE HOME UNITS ON INDIVIDUAL PARCELS OF LAND."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1193 of the City of
Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, which is an ordinance for the
regulation of the placement and location of individual mobile
home units on individual parcels of land be amended by adding
to Section 10 thereof the following description of real property,
which shall be included in said Section 10 and shall be in addi-
tion to the area heretofore described in said Section 10 of said
Ordinance No. 1193:
BEGINNING at the center of Block 64 of the Original
Townsite of the City of Caldwell, Idaho; thence
Northeasterly along the center of the Blocks between
North Ninth Avenue and North Tenth Avenue to the South-
easterly right -of -way line of Interstate SO North
Highway; thence in a Southeasterly direction along
said Highway right -of -way line to its intersection with.
the centerline of Franklin Road; thence West along
the centerline and the centerline extended of Franklin
Road to its intersection with the Northeasterly line
of the Union Pacific Railroad right -of -way; thence
Northwesterly along said railroad right -of -way line
to the midpoint between North Ninth Avenue and North
Tenth Avenue; thence Northeasterly to the Point of
Beginning;
ALSO:
A strip of land 300 feet wide on each side of the
centerline of East Chicago Street from Franklin Road
to East Linden Street.

Section 2. This amendment to ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, according to law.
