ORDINANCE NO. 1188
BY COUNCILMAN MARTIN
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 1, CHAPTER 4, SECTION 6, OF CITY
CODE OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Title 1, Chapter 4, Section 6 of
City Code of Caldwell, County of Canyon, State of Idaho, be
amended by adding thereto the following sentence:
The Mayor shall be an ex- officio member of all com-
mittees and commissions existing under the City Code
of Caldwell, Idaho.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Caldwell this
16th day of March , 1970.
