AN ORDINANCE GIVING NOTICE TO ALL CITIZENS OF, AND OWNERS OF PRO-
PERTY IN THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, THAT AN APPLICATION HAS BEEN
PRESENTED FOR THE VACATION OF A SEWER EASEMENT IN BLOCK 1 OF CIN-
DERELLA PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, ON FILE AND
OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO.

BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED By the Mayor and the
Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
Sectional. That an application has been presented to

the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the pas-
sage and approval of an ordinance vacating the sewer easement in
Cinderella Park Addition to the City of Caldwell, according to
the Plat of said Addition on file and of record in the office of

the Recorder of Canyon County, Idaho, the description of which
I easement is as follows:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 4 of
Block 1 of Cinderella Park Addition to City of
Caldwell as shown on the official Plat thereof
on file and of record in the office of the Re-
corder of Canyon County, Idaho; thence West on
the South line of said Block 1, 4.00 feet;
thence North and parallel with the East line of
said Lot 4, 136.66 feet; thence East and paral-
lel with the North line of said Block 1, 20.00
feet; thence South and parallel with the East
line of said Lot 4, 136.66 feet to the South line
of said Block 1; thence West along the South line
of said Block 1, 16 feet to Point of Beginning.
Section 2. That said application will be considered under
a suspension of the requirements that an ordinance be read on three
26 different days at a meeting of the Council of the City of Caldwell,
27 Idaho, to be held on the 1st day of December, 1969, at the hour of
28 8:00 o'clock P. M. at the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
29 City of Caldwell; when and where, or prior to which date, any citiz
30 of the City of Caldwell or any owner of property in the City of
31 Caldwell may file with the Clerk of the City of Caldwell, any claim

for damages which any such citizen or owner of property may sustain

1 by reason of the vacation of the said easement and all claims for
2 damages so filed will be considered and ascertained by the Council
3 of the City of Caldwell at said meeting.
4 Section 3. Notice of the foregoing will be given to all
6 citizens of, and owners of property in the City of Caldwell, Idaho,
6 by publication of this ordinance in the News - Tribune, a newspaper
7 published in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, in one issue thereof
8 published on November 8, 1969.
