An Ordinance appropriating moneys necessary to defray all necessry ex-
penses and liabilities of the City of Caldivell during fiscal year
beginning May 5, 1908,
Be it Ordained by the Mayor and Council, of the City of Caldwell:
derived by taxation
Section 1. The following sums of money or so much Itereof as
may be necessry, are hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the city
treasury, for the payment of the current and general expenses and Ila-
bilitiesof the City of Caldwell during the fiscal year beginning May
5th, 1908;

Water Works Extension 1
General 7
Read and Bridges 5
Cemetery 19613.00
Sinking Fund ....... 1
Bond and Interest 2
Total appropriationout of amount to be
raised by ....$ 20
Passed by the City Council this day of September, 1008.
Approved this 2 6 1 9 day of September, 1908.
