AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ASSESSMENT AND LEVY OF A TAX FOR
GENERAL REVENUE PURPOSES FOR PAYMENT OF THE CURRENT EXPENSES OF THE
CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, FOR ZH E FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING THE FIRST DAY
OF JANUARY, 1969 AND ENDING THE 31st DAY OF DECEMBER, 1969
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That there is hereby levied upon all the tax-

10 able property within the City Limits of the City of Caldwell, Canyon
11 County, Idaho, for general revenue purposes for the fiscal year
12 beginning the first day of January, 1969, in addition to other taxes
heretofore levied, the following taxes and assessments, to -wit:

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
