AN ORDINANCE CHANGING FROM THE "A" DISTRICT OF THE "AB" RESIDENCE
ZONE TO THE "CD" COMMERCIAL ZONE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO,
THE REAL PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE, AND RE-
PEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
of the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That by a resolution passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor on the 7th day of July, 1969, the City
Council of the City of Caldwell signified its intention to change
from the "A" District of the "AB" Residen - cle Zone to the "CD" Commer-
cial Zone of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, the following described
real property:
The Southwesterly 120 feet of Lots 7 and 8 of
Block 2, Washington Heights, Steunenberg and Hand's
Addition to the City of Caldwell, Idaho, according
to the Plat of said Addition on file and of record
in the Office of the County Recorder of Canyon
County, Idaho.
1811 and ordered and directed the City Clerk to give notice of the fact
that said Council would hold a public hearing at 8 :00 o'clock P.M.
on August 4, 1969 at which time parties in interest and citizens
would have an opportunity to be heard as to their being in favor or
against said change in zoning.
Section 2. That the City Clerk pursuant to the order and
direction of the City Council has given notice of said public hearing)
by a publication of notice thereof in the News - Tribune, the official
newspaper of the City of Caldwell, in its issue of July 12, 1969.
Section 3. That no objections to the change from the "A"
District of the "AB" Residero-a. .Zone to the "CD" Commercial Zone of
the City of Caldwell, Idaho, the real property described in Section 1
of this ordinance have been made or filed by any party in interest or
citizen of Caldwell.
Section 4. That the real property hereinbefore described

in Section 1 of this ordinance is hereby changed from the "A"
District of the "AB" Residence Zone to the "CD" Commercial Zone of
the City of Caldwell, Idaho, and the Clerk is instructed to change
the official zoning map of the City, a copy of which is on file in
his office showing the boundaries of the "CD" Commercial Zone to
include the real property described in Section 1 of this ordinance
and to delete the same from the boundaries of the "A" District of
the "AB" Residence Zone, whereby said map will reflect accordingly
the change of the zoning of the real property hereinbefore described
in this ordinance.
Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
PASSED By the Council of the City of Caldwell this 4th
day of August, 1969.
APPROVED By the Mayor of the City of Caldwell this 4th
day of August, 1969.
