ORDINANCE NO. 1167
BY COUNCILMAN KEYS
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9 -1 -46 OF CHAPTER 6 OF TITLE IX OF THE
CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, CHANGING THE HEADING ..FROM
"RESISTING AN OFFICER" TO "INTERFERING WITH AN OFFICER" AND DELETING
THE WORD "RESIST" AS THE SAME IS PRESENTLY SET FORTH IN SAID CODE
SECTION; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
WITH THIS ORDINANCE, AND PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT
FROM AMID AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION.
8 BE IT ORDAINED By the Mayor and Council of the City
9 of Caldwell, Idaho:
10 Section 1. That Section 9 -1 -46 of Chapter 6 of Title IX
11 of the City Code of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, be amended to read
12 as follows:
x 13 11 9 - 1 -46: INTERFERING WITH AN OFFICER: It shall be unlaw-

0 s� 14 ful for any person to interfere wilfully with, delay, obstruct,

z < 15 molest or threaten to molest any officer of the Municipality in the
3 9 16 exercise of his official duty."
ads 17 Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in

18 conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
19 Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in force and
20 effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
