AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 90, ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE
GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO TEE CALDWELL INTERURBAN RAIL7SAY CCkPAVY, LIMITED,
AND ITS ASSIGNS, OVER AND ACROSS CERTAIN STREE IN THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
FOR TEE PIJRPCSE OF BUILDING, CONSTRUCTING AND OPERATING AN ELECTRIC, 0
CABLE OR STEAM kOTIVE POWER RAILWAY," APPROVED APRIL 3d, 1907; DEFINING
THE TIME AND MANNER WHEN SAID RAILWAY COYYANY, OR ITS ASSIGNS, SHALL
PLACE SAID RAILWAY IN OPERATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF

SECTION 1. That -
