CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OP CALDWELL,CANYON COUNTY,IDAHO,A THREE
ACRE PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE
NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 21,TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH,RANGE 3 WEST
OF THE BOISE MERIDIAN;PROVIDING THAT SAID REAL PROPERTY SHALLBEINCLUDEDINTHE"Efl INDUSTRIAL ZONE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
IDAHO;AND PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO BE IN FORCE AFTER ITS
PASSAGE,APPROVAL,AND PUBLICATION:
Be It ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell,Idaho:
Section 1.That there is annexed and Included within
the boundaries and city limits of the City of Caldwell,Canyon
County,Idaho,all of that certain parcel of real property situated
in the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21,
Township 4 North,Range 3 West of the Boise Meridian,as platted
as more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the SE corner of said &b
Thence S 89°-30'W,along the South boundary of said
SWiNWir,a distance of 435.6 feetj
Thence N 0°~20!-40"W,parallel with the East boundary
of said SW^NWi,a distance of 300.0 feet;
Thence N 89°30'E,parallel with the South boundary ofsaidSW£NWJ,a distance of 435.6 feet to a point on the
East boundary of said SWij-NWi~;
Thence S 0°-20' 40"E,along the East boundary of said
SW-^NWi,a distance of 300.0 feet to the point of
BEGINNING.
Section 2.That the City limits as shown on the official
City map as provided for In Section 1-1-1 of the City Code be en
larged to reflect the annexation and inclusion within the bomidar
ies and city limits of the City of Caldwell,Canyon County,Idaho,
the real property described in Section 1 of this ordinance.
Section 3.That the real property described in Section
1 of this ordinance Is hereby made a part of the "E"Industrial
Zone of the City of Caldwell,Idaho,and included In the boundaries
of said zone,and the city clerk is hereby instructed to so desig
nate the same on the official zoning map of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho.

Section 4.This ordinance shall take effect and be In
force from and after its passage,approval and publication.
