AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 -5 -5, TITLE VIII, CHAPTER 5 OF
THE CITY CODE OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, INCREASING THE GRAVE FEES FOR
ADULTS FROM $35.00 TO $50.00 PER LOT AND PROVIDING FOR THIS
ORDINANCE TO BE IN FORCE AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL, AND PUBLI-
CATION.

Section 1. That Section 8-5 -5 of Title VIII, Chapter 5

of the City Code of Caldwell, Idaho, be amended to read as follows:
11 "8 -n5_5: PRICE OF BURIAL LOTS: No deed shall be issued
for any lot within the Cemetery until all fees and
