AN ORDINANCE TERMED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL, APPROPRIATING
MONEY IN SUCH SUM AND SUMS AS ARE DEEMED NECESSARY TO DEFRAY ALL
PROPER EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, NOU
OTHERWISE PROVIDED FOR, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING THE FIRST DAY
OF JANUARY, 1969 PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 50 -1003,
IDAHO CODE.
Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That there is appropriated out of any money
in the City Treasury, for the purpose of defraying the necessary
expenses and liabilities of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the
fiscal year beginning the first day of January, 1969, the sum and
sums of money or so much thereof as may be necessary for the foil
ing amount, to - -wit:
