ORDINANCE NO. 1154
BY COUNCILMAN MARTIN
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 -7 -5 OF CHAPTER 7 OF TITLE IV OF
THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, MAKING THE LICENSE
FEE FOR THE RETAILING OF BOTTLED OR CANNED BEER, ALL OF WHICH IS
TO BE CONSUMED IN THE PREMISES WHERE SOLD THE SUM OF $75.00 PER
YEAR, AND MAKING THE LICENSE FEE FOR THE RETAIL OF BOTTLED OR
CANNED BEER, NONE OF WHICH IS TO BE CONSUMED ON THE PREMISES
WHERE SOLD, THE SUM OF $25.00 PER YEAR; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE, AND PROVIDING
FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT FROM AND AFTER ITS PASSAGE,
APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED By the Mayor and Council of the City of

11 Caldwell, Idaho:
12 Section 1. That Section 4 -7 -5 of Chapter 7 of Title
13 IV of the City Code of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, is hereby
IAI amended to read as follows:
15 11 4 -7 -5. AMOUNT OF LICENSE: The fee for any such license
16 is hereby fixed as follows:

(A)
For the retailing of draught
beer, bottled or
canned beer, or draught beer
only, the sum of
18
one hundred dollars ($100.00)
per year.

(B)
For the retailing of bottled
beer or canned
beer, all or part of which is
to be consumed
20
on the premises where sold, the
sum of seventy
five dollars ($75.00) per year.

(C)
For the retailing of bottled
beer or canned
22
beer, none of which is to be
consumed on the
premises where sold, the sum
of twenty five

dollars ($25.00) per year."
Section 2. All ordinances, resolutions, orders or parts
therewith, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, rescinded and
26 annulled.
27 Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
28 effect from and after its approval, passage and publication, as
29 required by law.
