ORDINANCE NO. 1150
BY COUNCILMAN CARPENTER
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4- 5 -4(A) OF CHAPTER 5 OF TITLE IV OF
THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO
PARK, KEEP, MAINTAIN OR OCCUPY A TRAILER OR MOBILE HOME OUTSIDE OF
A LICENSED TRAILER COURT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS THEREOF
IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE AND PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO
TAKE EFFECT FROM AND AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell, Idaho:

Section 1. That Chapter 5, Title IV, Section 4- 5 -4(A)

of the City Code of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, is hereby amended

to read as follows:

11 4 - 5 - 4(A) . It shall be unlawful for any person to park,
13
cs' keep, maintain or occupy a trailer or mobile home, whether said
14
person be the actual owner or merely the occupant thereof, outside of
15
a licensed trailer court in the City, except as provided herein.

�U Section 2. All ordinances, resolutions, orders or parts
17
therewith, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, rescinded and
18
19 annulled.
20 Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
__ effect from and after its approval, passage and publication, as
2211 required by law.
