PERTY IN THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, THAT AN APPLICATION HAS BEEN
5 PRESENTED FOR THE VACATION OF THE EAST 10 FEET OF BROCK AVENUE
BETWEEN WEST ASH STREET AND WEST HAZEL STREET, AS SHOWN ON THE
6�I PLAT OF WEST ASH ADDITION ON FILE IN BOOK 8 OF PLATS AT PAGE 7,

8 BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED By the Mayor and the
9 Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
id Section 1. That an application has been presented to
11 the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the pass -
12 i! age and approval of an ordinance vacating the East 10 feet of

Brock Avenue between West Ash Street and West Hazel Street more

feet; thence South 0 5' 45" West, 260.00 feet;

the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. at the Council Chambers in the City

Hall in the City of Caldwell; when and where, or priior to which

date, any citizen of the City of Caldwell or any owner of property

Caldwell, any claim for damages which any such citizen or owner of
property may sustain by reason of the vacation of the said property
and all claims for damages so filed will be considered and ascer-
tained by the Council of the City of Caldwell at said meeting.
Section 3. Notice of the foregoing will be given to all
citizens of, and owners of property in the City of Caldwell, Idaho,
by publication of this ordinance in the News - Tribune, a newspaper
published in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, in one issue thereof
published on August 10, 1968
PASSED By the Council of the City of Caldwell, this
5th day of August, 1968.
APPROVED By the Mayor of the City of Caldwell, this
5th day of August, 1968.
