41 AN ORDINANCE GIVING NOTICE TO ALL CITIZENS OF, AND OWNERS OF PRO-
PERTY IN THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, THAT AN APPLICATION HAS BEEN
5 PRESENTED FOR THE VACATION OF ALL OF FILLMORE STREET BETWEEN
TWENTIETH AVENUE AND ASH STREET AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF STEUNEN-
6 BERG'S ACREAGE ON FILE IN BOOK 1 OF PLATS, PAGE 40 OF THE RECORDS
II OF THE RECORDER OF CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO.
81 BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED By the Mayor and the
9 Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
1oi Section 1. That an application has been presented to the
it Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the passage
1211 and approval of an ordinance vacating all of Fillmore Street
26 and all claims for damages so filed will be considered and ascer-
27 twined by the Council of the City of Caldwell at said meeting.
28 Section 3. Notice of the foregoing will be given to all
291 citizens of, and owners of property in the City of Caldwell, Idaho,
by publication of this ordinance in the News - Tribune, a newspaper
published in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, in one issue thereof
published on June 8, 1968.

Section 2. That said application will be considered

under a suspension of the requirements that an ordinance be read

on three different days at a meeting of the Council of the City of
19
Caldwell, Idaho, to be held on the 1st day of July, 1968, at the
20
hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. at the Council Chambers in the City Hall
21
in the City of Caldwell; when and where, or prior to which date,
22
any citizen of the City of Caldwell or any owner of property in

the City of Caldwell may file with the Clerk of the City of Cald-
24
well, any claim for damages which any such citizen or owner of
2 5
property may sustain by reason of the vacation of the said property
26 and all claims for damages so filed will be considered and ascer-
27 twined by the Council of the City of Caldwell at said meeting.
