AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH (G) OF SECTION 6 - 3 - 2 OF CHAPTER 3,
TITLE VI OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, ALLOWING
CERTAIN ADVERTISING SIGNS IN THE "AB" ZONE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
IDAHO, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CON-
FLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED By the Mayor and Council

of the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That Paragraph (G) of Section 6 -3 -2 of Chapter
3, Title VI of the City Code of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, be
amended to read as follows:
" (G) Advertising signs in the "AB" Zone: Advertising
signs are allowed provided they are not over 864 square inches in
area and not over four (4) feet from ground level to the top of
the sign. Such signs must be at least ten (10) feet back from the
front property line. No lighted signs are to be permitted. No
variations are to be permitted from these specifications.
One sign not exceeding eight (8) square feet in area,
pertaining to the lease or sale of the building or premises on
which the sign is located is permitted. Such signs shall not be
over four (4) feet above grade line and shall be set back not less
than two - thirds of the distance from the front property line to the
building line ".
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

day of May, 1968.
