ORDINANCE NO. 1131

4 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING FROM THE "AB" RESIDENCE ZONE TO THE "CD"
COMMERCIAL ZONE THE REAL PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED IN THIS
5 ORDINANCE, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED By the Mayor and Council
811 of the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That by a resolution passed by the Council

and ordered and directed the City Clerk to give notice of the fact
that said Council would hold a public hearing at 8:00 o'clock P. M.
on May 6, 1968, at which time parties in interest and citizens
would have an opportunity to be heard as to their being in favor
or against said change in zoning.
Section 2. That the City Clerk pursuant to the order and
and approved by the Mayor on the 15th day of April, 1968, the City
1111 Council of the City of Caldwell signified its intention to change
from the "AB" residence zone to the "CD" commercial zone of the
13�I City of Caldwell, Idaho, the following described real property:

BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Tract Q
of Mountain View Subdivision as is platted and

on file in the office of the Recorder of Canyon
County, Idaho. Thence East on the North bound -
16
ary line of said Tract Q to a point which is
3 feet Southwesterly of the centerline of
17
Cleveland Boulevard of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho; thence Southeasterly and parallel the
le
centerline of said Cleveland Boulevard to a
point in the South boundary line of said Tract

Q which is 345 feet Southwesterly of the center-
line of Cleveland Boulevard; thence Westerly on
20
the said South boundary line of said Tract Q to
the Southwest corner of said Tract Q; thence

North along the West boundary line of said Tract
Q to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

30 ing by a publication of notice thereof in the News - Tribune, the
31 official newspaper of the City of Caldwell, in its issue of April
20, 1968.

1 Section 3. That no objectionsto the change from the "AB"
2 residence zone to the "CD" commercial zone of the real property
3 described in Section 1 of this ordinance have been made or filed by
any party in interest or citizen of Caldwell.
Section 4. That the real property hereinbefore described
in Section 1 of this ordinance is hereby changed from the "AB" resi-
dence zone to the "CD" commercial zone of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho, and the Clerk is instructed to change the official zoning
map of the City, a copy of which is on file in his office showing
the boundaries of the "CD" commercial zone to include the real
property described in Section 1 of this ordinance and to delete the
same from the boundaries of the "AB" residence zone, whereby said

map will reflect accordingly the change of the zoning of the real
property hereinbefore described in this ordinance.
Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
PASSED By the Council of the City of Caldwell this 6th
day of May, 1968.
APPROVED By the Mayor of the City of Caldwell this 6th
day of May, 1968.
