AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND INCLUDING WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES AND CITY
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO, ALL OF THAT
CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE NORTH HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST
QUARTER OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 3 WEST OF THE BOISE
MERIDIAN, AS PLATTED AS GREEN ACRES ADDITION NO. I TO CANYON COUNTY,
IDAHO, WHICH PLAT IS ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE CANYON COUNTY
RECORDER'S OFFICE.
Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That there is annexed and included within the
boundaries and city limits of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County,
Idaho, all of that certain parcel of land situated in the North
Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 4 North,
Range 3 West of the Boise Meridian, as platted as Green Acres
Addition No. I to Canyon County, Idaho, having been filed for re-
cord on December 1, 1967 and recorded in Book 8 of Plats on page
1711 22, the boundaries of said real property being as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of said Southeast
Quarter; thence North 89 2 30" East, along the North
boundary of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 1050
feet to the true point of beginning.

Thence continuing North 89" 24' 30" East, along the
North boundary of said Southeast Quarter, a distance
of 621.31 feet to a point on the center line of the
Caldwell High Line Canal; thence South 41 29' 05"
West, along the center line of said Canal, a distance
of 478.18 feet; thence South 0 14' 55" East, parallel
with the East boundary of the Northwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of said Section 34 a distance of
329.22 feet; thence South 89' 25' 30 West a distance
of 251.81 feet; thence North 8 00' 15" East a distance
of 50.57 feet; Thence South 89 25' 30" West a distance
of 58.40 feet to a point on the East boundary of Iowa
Avenue as platted in Hanson Subdivision, which plat is
on file in Book 8 of Plats at page 9 in the office of
the Recorder of Canyon County, Idaho; thence North 0
15' 15" West, along the East boundary of said Iowa
Avenue, a distance of 634 .07 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING.
Section 2. That the City limits as shown on the official

City map as provided for in Section 12 -1 -1 of the City Code be en-

1 larged to reflect the annexation and inclusion within the boundar-
2 ies and city limits of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho,
3 the real property described in Section 1 of this ordinance.
4 Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
5 force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
