AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TO THE OREGON SHORT LINE RAILROAD COMPANY,
(UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, LESSEE), ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS,
THE RIGHT TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A STANDARD GAUGE RAIL-
ROAD SPUR TRACK OVER AND ACROSS ROEDEL AVENUE IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTE
OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 3 WEST OF THE BOISE MERIDIAN,
IN CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO.

Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City

of Caldwell, Idaho.

SECTION 1. That the Oregon Short Line Railroad Company

(Union Pacific Railroad Company, Lessee), its successors and assigns,

left having a radius of 939.719 feet through a central
angle of 5 to a point of tengency;
