W IT ORDAIDED by the layor and Council of the City of Caldwell; Section 1. That said section one of the above entitled ordinance be amends to read as follows: Section 1. That the said San 2rancisco, Idaho, 4 Tontanm Railway Company and its assigns, are granted the rights, orivileges, and franchise to maintain and construct and 000rate an electric or steam power single track railway, to- gether with the necessary track for ourvoa, switches, side- tracks, and turnout, along and upon the following etrowts of the city of Caldwell, Idaho, to-wit: Beginning at the point there the line leaves the Cupp Ad- dition, thence across 2aynter Street and along a line eight (8) feet from the south si6e of seven Itroot, an6 across the inter- cecting streets and across Main street and Third Avenue, to the point Amore the line reaches the right-of-w gy of the Oregon Short Line, and to make a connection with the Boise A Inter - urban Railv?,ay. noviled, however, that in consideration of thic gTabt and as a condition hereof, the said San Frannisco, 1daho, A 7on- tana 2ailwa;V Company, or its assigns, ehall not use steam motive oawer on said railroad between the hours of 8:00 o'clock A."I. and 7:00 o'clock P.T.T. of each day.
