HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 1119a BILL NO. 29 ORDINANCE NO. 1119 BY COUNCII14AN KEYS or AN ORDINANCE GIVING NOTICE TO ALL QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, THAT IT IS THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL TO SELL A PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF CALDWELL CONTAINING 0.72 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 21 TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 3 WEST OF THE BOISE MERIDIAN, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1 OF THIS ORDINANCE, WHICH SALE WILL BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 14, TITLE 50 OF THE IDAHO CODE. 9 jl BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED By the Mayor and the Council 10 of the City of Caldwell, Idaho: 11 Section 1.
