AN ORDINANCE GIVING NOTICE TO ALL QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, IDAHO, THAT IT IS THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL
TO SELL A PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF CALDWELL
CONTAINING 0.72 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF
THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 21 TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 3 WEST
OF THE BOISE MERIDIAN, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1
OF THIS ORDINANCE, WHICH SALE WILL BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 14, TITLE 50 OF THE IDAHO CODE.

1 Section 2. That the public hearing of said intention to
2 sell by the City Council of said real property will be considered
3 at a meeting of the Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, to be
4 held on the 4th day of March, 1968, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock
5 P.M., at the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Cald-
6 well; when and where any qualified electors of the City of Caldwell
7 may file their petitions with the Clerk of the City of Caldwell
8 expressing dissatisfaction with said intended sale of said real

91 property, and at which time if any petition be filed containing the
10 names of qualified electors of the City of Caldwell in a number
11 equal to ten per cent of the total votes cast for Mayor in the pre-
12 ceding City election, said intended sale will not be made until the

13; City Council shall cause a special election to be held on the questi
14 whether or not the real property described in Section 1 of this

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the City of Caldwell, Canyon
County, Idaho pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1119 of
the City of Caldwell and the provisions of Chapter 14 of Title 50
of the Idaho Code will sell at public auction the following descri-
bed real property, to -wit:

of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township

Canyon County, Idaho, more particularly described

24 Said public auction will be held at City Hall, 7th and
2 Blaine Streets, Caldwell, Idaho, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. Mountain
26 Standard Time, on March 18, 1968.
27 Regarding the title to said real property, the City of
28 Caldwell will furnish marketable title, subject to a 99 year lease
29 in which Kit Manufacturing Company, Inc. is lessee.
30 Sale will be made to the highest bidder for cash provided
;5i said bid is not less than the appraised value of said property.

of Caldwell with Kit Manufacturing Company, Inc. and the appraised
value of the property may be ascertained from the office of the
City Clerk.
The City Council of the City of jaldwell reserves the right
to reject any and all bids.
