AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 -14 -4, TITLE IV, CHAPTER 14 OF THE
CITY CODE OF CALD'WELL, IDAHO, DECREASING THE LICENSE FEE TO SELL

LIQUOR BY THE DRINK AT RETAIL WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
MUNICIPALITY FROM $937.50 TO $562.50 PER YEAR, AND PROVIDING AN

EFFECTIVE DATE FOR SAID ORDINANCE.

Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of

Caldwell, Idaho:

Section 1. That Section 4 -14 -4 of Title IV, Chapter 14

of the City Code of Caldwell, Idaho, be amended to read as follows:

"4 -14 -4: LICENSE FEE: The license fee imposed and

collected shall be the sum of five hundred sixty two and 50/100

Dollars ($562 .50) per annum from the license year. Such license

year shall be from January 1 to December 31. Provided, however,

that if the license be issued for less than a full calendar year,

the license fee shall be prorated as of the actual months of

issuance."

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in

force from and after its passage, approval and publication as re-

quired by law as to the said licenses effective January 1, 1963.
