ORDINANCE NO. 1088
BY COUNCILMAN KEYS
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 -14 -4, TITLE IV, CHAPTER 1 4 OF THE
CITY CODE OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, INCREASING THE LICENSE FEE TO SELL
LIQUOR BY THE DRINK AT RETAIL WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
MUNICIPALITY FROM $750.00 to $937 .50 PER YEAR, AND PROVIDING AN EF-
FECTIVE DATE FOR SAID ORDINANCE.
8 Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
9 Caldwell, Idaho:
10 Section 1. That Section 4-14 -4 of Title IV, Chapter 14
it of the City Code of Caldwell, Idaho, be amended to read as follows:
12 11 4 -14 -4: LICENSE FEE: The license fee imposed and
13 collected shall be the sum of nine hundred thirty -seven and 50/100
0 11 14 Dollars ($937 .50) per annum from the license year. Such license
o1� 15 year shall be from January 1 to December 31. Provided, however,
16 that if the license be issued for less than a full calendar year,
17 the license fee shall be prorated as of the actual months of issu-
18 ance."
19 Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
2011 force from and after its passage, approval and publication as re-
quired by law.
