AN ORDINANCE ADDING PARAGRAPH (U) TO SECTION 6 -7 -2 OF CHAPTER 7,
TITLE VI OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, PROVIDING
THAT NO FENCE, WALL, HEDGE, OR PLANTING OF ANY KIND, DESIGNED TO
SERVE AS A DIVISION BETWEEN PROPERTIES SHALL BE MORE THAN 6 FEET IN
HEIGHT IN THE AB RESIDENTIAL ZONE AND THE CD COMMERCIAL ZONE OF THE
CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, UNLESS THE PROVISIONS OF SAID PARAGRAPH BE
WAIVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO.

Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of

Caldwell, Idaho:

Section 1. That there is hereby added to Section 6 -7 -2,

Chapter 7 of Title VI of the City Code of the City of Caldwell,

Idaho, paragraph (U) to read as follows:

"(U) No fence, wall, hedge, or planting of any kind,
15
designed to serve as a division between properties shall be more

than 6 feet in height in the AB Residential Zone and the CD Commer-

cial Zone of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, unless the provisions of

said paragraph be waived by the City Council of the City of Caldwell,

Idaho."

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and

effect from and after its approval, passage and publication.
