4 AN ORDINANCE GIVING NOTICE TO ALL CITIZENS OF, AND OWNERS OF PRO-
PERTY IN THE CITY OF CALDWELL, THAT AN APPLICATION HAS BEEN PRE -
5 SENTED FOR THE VACATION OF PART OF MUSTANG STREET AS SHOWN ON THE
OFFICIAL PLAT OF INDUSTRIAL SITE ADDITION NUMBER 2 TO THE CITY OF
6 CALDWELL, IDAHO.
7 BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED By the Mayor and Council
8 of the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
9 Section 1. That an application has been presented to
10 the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the
11 passage and approval of an ordinance vacating a part of Mustang
12 Street as shown on the official Plat of Industrial Site Addition
13 Number 2 to the City of Caldwell, Idaho, which Plat is of record
14 and on file in the office of the Recorder of Canyon County, Idaho,
15 and the part of which street to be vacated is more particularly
16 described as follows:
17 BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Block 1,
Industrial Site Addition Number 2, to the City
1g of Caldwell, according to the Official Plat
thereof on file and of record in the Office of
19 the Recorder of Canyon County, Idaho; thence
West 600 feet to the Northwest corner of said
20 Block 1; thence North 80 feet to the Southwest
corner of Block 2 of said Industrial Site Addi-
21 tion Number 2; thence East 600 feet to the
Southeast corner of said Block 2; thence South
22 80 feet to the point of beginning.
23 Section 2. That said application will be considered
24 under a suspension of the requirement that an ordinance be read
25 on three different days at a meeting of the Council of the City
26 of Caldwell to be held on the 6th day of September, 1966, at the
27 hour of eight o'clock P. M., at the Council Chambers in the City
28 Hall in the City of Caldwell; when and where, or prior to which
29 date, any citizen of the City of Caldwell or any owner of property
30 in the City of Caldwell may file with the Clerk of the City of
31 Caldwell any claim for damages which any such citizen or owner of
82 property may sustain by reason of the vacation of said property
and all claims for damages so filed will be considered and ascer-
tained by the Council of the City of Caldwell at said meeting.
Section 3• Notice of the foregoing will be given to all
citizens of, and owners of property in the City of Caldwell, Idaho,
by publication of this ordinance in the News - Tribune, a newspaper
published in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, in one issue thereof
published on August 20, 1966
PASSED By the Council of the City of Caldwell this 15th
day of August, 1966.
APPROVED By the Mayor of the City of Caldwell, this 15th
day of August, 1966.
