AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 6 -8 -2 TO CHAPTER 8, TITLE VI OF THE
CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF CA LDWE LL, IDAHO, AUTHORIZING THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, ON GOOD CAUSE BEING SHOWN
THEREFOR TO WAIVE THE REQUIREMENTS UNDER SECTION 6 -8 -1 OF THE CITY
CODE OF OFF STREET PARKING SPACE WITHIN THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, NAMELY, COMMENCING AT THE IN-
TERSECTION OF ELEVENTH AVENUE AND CLEVELAND BOULEVARD; THENCE
NORTHWEST ALONG CLEVELAND BOULEVARD TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH FIFTH
AVENUE; THENCE NORTHEAST ALONG FIFTH AVENUE TO ITS INTERSECTION
WITH THE UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY RIGHT OF WAY; THENCE SOUTH-
EAST ALONG THE UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY RIGHT OF WAY TO ITS
INTERSECTION WITH ELEVENTH AVENUE; THENCE SOUTHWEST ALONG ELEVENTH
AVENUE TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH CLEVELAND BOULEVARD, THE POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of

Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That there is hereby added to Chapter 8,
Title VI of the City Code of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, Section
6 -8 -2 to read as follows:
"6 -8 -2: That the City Council of the City of Caldwell
is hereby authorized upon good cause being shown therefor to waive
the requirements for off street parking space as provided in Sec-
tion 6 -8 -1 of the City Code of the area of the City of Caldwell
lying within the following boundaries:
Commencing at the intersection of Eleventh Avenue
and Cleveland Boulevard; thence Northwest along
Cleveland Boulevard to its intersection with
Fifth Avenue; thence Northeast along Fifth Avenue
to its intersection with the Union Pacific Rail-
road Company Right of Way; thence Southeast along
the Union Pacific Railroad Company Right of Way
to its intersection with Eleventh Avenue; thence
Southwest along Eleventh Avenue to its intersection
with Cleveland Boulevard, the point of beginning."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its approval, passage and publication.
PASSED By the Council of the City of Caldwell, this 1st
day of August, 1966.
APPROVED By the Mayor of the City of Caldwell, this 1st
day of August, 1966.
