Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of

BY COUNCILMAN KEYS
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND INCLUDING WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES AND CITY
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO, ALL OF THAT
CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE
SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 3 WEST OF
THE BOISE MERIDIAN, AS PLATTED AS HANSON SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO, WHICH PLAT IS ON FILE AND OF
RECORD IN THE CANYON COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE.
Section 1. That there is annexed and included within the

boundaries and city limits of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County,
Idaho, all of that certain parcel of land situated in the Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 4 North,
Range 3 West of the Boise Meridian, as platted as Hanson Subdivi-
sion to the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, of file and of
record in the Canyon County Recorder's office, the boundaries of
said real property being as follows:

Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northwest
Quartrer of the Southeast Quarter; thence North 89 24'
30" East, along the North boundary of said Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 631.50
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence continuing North 89 24' 30" East, along the
North boundary of said Northwest Quarter of the South-
east Quarter, a distance of 418.50 feet to the East
boundary of Iowa Avenue as indicated on the Plat of
Mountain View Addition to Caldwell, Idaho, which Plat is
on file in Book 2 of Plats at Page 53 in the Office 8f
the Recorder of Canyon County, Idaho; thence South 0 15'
15" East, a distance of 634.07 feet; thence North 89 25'
30" East, a distance of 58.40 feet to a point on the cen-
ter line of the Caldwell High Line Canal; thence South 8 0
00' 15" West, along the center line of said Canal, a dis-
tance of 66.35 feet; thence South 42 10' 10" East, along
the center line of the said Canal, a distance of 243.21
feet; thence South 32 33' 15" East, along the center line
of said Canal, a distance of 115.30 feet to a point on the
East boundary of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter; thence South 0 14' 55" East, along the East
boundary of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quart-
er, a distance of 265.09 feet to a p on the center line
of the Dixie Drain; thence North 47 51' 40 West along the
center line of said Drain, a distance of 316.61 feet; thence
South 89 30' 25" West, along the center line of said Drain,

along the center line of said Drain, a distance of 367.60
feet; thence North 0 15' 15" West, a distance of 1202.16
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Section 2. That the City limits as shown on the official
City map as provided for in Section 12 -1 -1 of the City Code be en-
larged to reflect the annexation and inclusion within the boundar-
ies and city limits of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho,
the real property described in Section 1 of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
