ORDINANCE NO. 1073

3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 -14 -4 OF CHAPTER 14 OF TITLE I OF
THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, INCREASING THE SALARY
4 OF THE POLICE JUDGE TO $3,000.00 PER YEAR.
6 Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
7 Caldwe 11, Idaho:
8 Section 1. That Chapter 14, Title I, Section 1 -14 -4 of
9 the City Code of Caldwell, Idaho, is hereby amended to read as
10 follows:
11 11 1 -14 -4: SALARY: The salary of the Police Judge shall
12 be three thousand dollars ($3,000.00), per year payable monthly,
x 13 the same as other salaries that are paid by the City."
0 �j 14 Section 2. All ordinances, resolutions, orders, or parts
`' 15 therewith, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, rescinded and
p 16 annulled.
17 Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
18 effect from and after its approval, passage and publication, as
19 required by law, and retroactive to February 1, 1966.
20 PASSED By the Council of the City of Caldwell, this 16th
21 day of May, 1966.
