MONEY IN SUCH SUM AND SUMS AS ARE DEEMED NECESSARY TO DEFRAY ALL
5 PROPER EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, NOT
OTHERWISE PROVIDED FOR, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING THE FIRST DAY
6 OF JANUARY 1966 PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 50 -1950,
IDAHO C ODE .

Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of

Caldwell, Idaho:

Section 1. That there is appropriated out of any money
10
in the City Treasury, for the purpose of defraying the necessary
11
expenses and liabilities of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the
12
fiscal year beginning the first day of January, 1966, the sum and
13
sums of money or so much thereof as may be necessary for the follow -
14
ing amount, to -wit:
