AN ORDINANCE GIVING NOTICE TO ALL CITIZENS OF, AND OWNERS OF PRO-
PERTY IN THE CITY OF CALDWELL, THAT AN APPLICATION HAS BEEN PRESYNTED
FOR THE VACATION OF A PART OF ARLINGTON AVENUE AS SHOWN ON THE OF-
FICIAL PLAT OF SOUTH KIMBALL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED By the Mayor and Council of
the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That an application has been presented to the

Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the passage
and approval of an ordinance vacating all that part of Arlington
Avenue as shown on the official plat of South Kimball Addition to
the City of Caldwell, Idaho, which plat is of record and on file in
the Office of the Recorder of Canyon County, Idaho, situated between

the North boundary line of Linden Street and the following described

Beginning at a point in the East boundary line of Lot 13
17 �1 of Block 2 of said South Kimball Addition which is 50 feet South
10 of the Northeast corner of Lot 13 of said Block 2; thence East to
19� a point in the West line of Lot 13 of Block 3 of said South Kimball
20i Addition which is 50 feet South of the Northwest corner of Lot 13
21 I of said Block 3.
Section 2. That said application will be considered under
40 1 a suspension of the requirement that an ordinance be read on three

different days at a meeting of the Council of the City of Caldwell
25 1965 at the hour
to be held on the 15th day of November ,

of eight o'clock P.M., at the Council chambers in the City Hall in
27
the City of Caldwell; when and where, or prior to which date, any
28
citizen of the City of Caldwell or any owner of property in the
City of Caldwell may file with the Clerk of the City of Caldwell any
claim for damages which any such citizen or owner of property may
sustain by reason of the vacation of said property and all claims
for damages so filed will be considered and ascertained by the CouncJ

1 of the City of Caldwell at said meeting.
2 Section 3. Notice of the foregoing will be given to all
3 citizens of, and owners of property in the City of Caldwell, Idaho,
4 by the publication of this ordinance in the News Tribune, a news -

51 paper published in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, in one issue thereof

6 published on November 6 , 19

8 day of November, 1965.
