AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB - PARAGRAPH (B) 1, SECTION 5 -8 -6 OF CHAPTER
8, TITLE V OF THE CITY CODE OF CALDVJELL, IDAHO, REDUCING THE MINI-
MUM LENGTH OF BLOCKS FROM 330 FEET BETWEEN STREET INTERSECTIONS TO
250 FEET AND AMENDING SUB- PARAGRAPH (C) 1 OF SECTION 5 -8 -6 OF
CHAPTER 6, TITLE V, MAKING CORNER LOTS WITH A MINIMUM AREA OF 8,000
SQUARE FEET WITH MINIMUM STREET FRONTAGE OF 75 FEET, AND INSIDE
LOTS WITH A MINIMUM AREA OF 6,000 SQUARE FEET, AND A MINIMUM STREET
FRONTAGE OF 60 FEET AT THE SET BACK LINE AS REQUIRED BY THE ZONING
REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL AS SET FORTH IN TITLE VI OF THE
CITY CODE, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE
EFFECT AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of

2. That Chapter 8, Title V, Section 5 -8 -6, sub -

the City Code of Caldwell, Idaho, is hereby

amended to
read as
follows:

(C) Lot
Requirements.

Lot area and minimum street frontage shall be

(a) Corner Lots. The minimum area of a corner

lot shall

than 8,000 square feet and must have a mini-

regulations of the City of Caldwell as set forth in Title VI of
this Code.
Section 3. All ordinances, resolutions, orders, or part
therewith, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, rescinded and
annulled.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its approval, passage and publication, as
required by law.
