AN ORDINANCE P`tOVIDING FOR THE ASSESSMENT AND LEVY OF A TAX FOR GENERAL REVENUE
PURPOSES FOR PAYMENT THE CURRENT EXPENSES OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, FOR THE

FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING THE 1ST DAY OF JANUARY, 1964, AND ENDING THE 31ST DAY OF
DECEMBER, 1964.

Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho:

Section 1. That there is hereby levied upon all the taxable property
9
within the City limits of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, for general
10
revenue purposes for the fiscal year beginning the first day of January, 1964,
11
in addition to other taxes heretofore levied, the following taxes and assessments,
12
to -wit:

For the general fund ......................262 mills on every dollar
of assessed valuation

and flushing fund .........................16 mills on every dollar
