4 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 -17 -1 SUB - PARAGRAPH (B) OF THE CITY
CODE OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1009, BY IN-
5 SERTING IN SAID SECTION AFTER THE WORD "SALARIES" THE WORDS 91 OR
FEES ". ALSO AMENDING SECTION 1 -17 -2 OF THE CITY CODE OF CALDWELL,
6 IDAHO, PERTAINING TO APPOINTIVE OFFICERS BY ADDING AFTER THE WORD
"SALARIES" THE WORDS "OR FEES ". ALSO AMENDING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 4,
7 OF TIE CITY CODE OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, BY DELETING THEREFROM SECTION
1 -4 -2 RELATING TO THE MAYOR'S SALARY, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
8 FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT THEREWITH.

Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
1111 Caldwell, Idaho:

Section 1. That Chapter 17, Title 1, Section 1 -17 -1 Sub -
Paragraph (B) of the City Code of Caldwell, Idaho, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
(B) Council: Each member of the Council, elected to office
in the regular election of 1963 or thereafter shall be paid an
annual sum of NINE HUNDRED & N0 1100 (900.00) DOLLARS to be paid
in twelve (12) equal payments, one (1) each month, the same as other
salaries or fees are paid by the City.
Section 2. That Chapter 17, Title 1, Section 1 -17 -2 of the

City Code of Caldwell, Idaho, is hereby amended to read as follows:
1 -17 -2 Appointive Officers:
All officers and employees of the City, other than elected
officials, shall be paid salaries or fees in such amounts as may be
set from time to time by the Council.
Section 3. That Chapter 4, Title 1 of the City Code of
