STREETS AND AVENUES TIEN4 TIONED IN SAID FRANCHISE AS SHALL BE USED FOR SUCH STREET RAIL PRIOR TO APRIL lst, 1908. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND 0OU16IL OF THE CITY OF CAIJ)WELL:- I See. 1. The Boise and Interurban Railway Company, Limited, is hereby given and granted the right to cross streets and sidewalks in the City of Caldwell and enter Lots One and Two (1 and 2), in Block Seventy-Four (74). See. 2. The franchise heretofore granted the Boise and Inter- urban Railway Company, Limited, by ordinance No. 100, passed end approved September 13th, 1907, shall be extended to such portions of the streets and avenues mentioned in said ordinance as shall be used for such street railway prior to April 1st, 1908, and no more.
