AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE I, CHAPTER 19 OF THE OFFICIAL
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, OF 1962, DESIG-
NATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES OF MUNICIPAL FUNDS BY ADDING
THERETO THE FIRST SECURITY BANK OF IDAHO, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION,
CALDWELL OFFICE, CALDWELL, IDAHO.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho:
Section 1. That Title I, Chapter 19, Section 1 (1 -19 -1)
of the Muncipal Code of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, be and
the same is hereby amended to read in the following manner:
1 -19 -1 DEPOSITORIES DESIGNATED: The Idaho First National Bank,
The Bank of Idaho, and the First Security Bank of Idaho are
hereby designated as the official depositories of Municipal
funds for the City. The Treasurer, or any other designated
official, is hereby ordered, required and directed to keep
moneys belonging to or in the care of the City in the above
named depositories.
Section 2. All ordinances, resolutions, orders, or parts
therewith, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, rescinded
and annulled.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its approval, passage and publication, as re-
quired by law.
