N., the time fixed for the sale of said hnnds, at the City Hall of Caldwell, Idaho, the City did o''fer said bonds for sale; and WH.`;FF,A5, There were no person or nereons offering to buy said bonds, and no bids were received therefor; and WHF,n3AS, It annears that there is sufficient moneys and funds in the Cemetery Pernetual Care Rind with which to , irchase said bonds; and WH RFA3, It is deemed in the best intero-t of the Citv of Caldwell that the funds of the Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund be used to purchase all of the above - entitled bonds, or such nart thereof as the Treasurer or the City of Calctaell is unable to sell otherwise; NOW,, THEPEFORG, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Treasurer of the City of Caldwell be, and she is hereby, authorived and directed to expend from the funds of t!� Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund, such moneys as may be necessary to purchase the bonds of Local Imnrovement Fistrict Me, L17, and said Treasurer is further authorized to sell such of said bonds at private sale as s,id Treasurer may ba able.
